The Church’s week-night youth and children’s work has for many years been conducted using the uniformed model provided by Campaigners.
We run four separate groups from age 4½ year olds to 18 year olds between 6pm and 9pm on a Wednesday night during term time.
Eagles:
4½ yrs to 6½ yrs – 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Junos:
6½ yrs to 10½ yrs – 6:00pm – 7:30pm
Inters:
10½ yrs to 13½ yrs – 7:30pm – 9pm
Delta:
13½ yrs to 19 yrs – 7:45pm – 9pm
The fun-packed, and often noisy evenings include a time of informal, age-appropriate Bible teaching as well as time spent learning new skills and playing games. Those in Delta have the option of participating in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Scheme for which the Church is a registered centre.
The attendance cost per child is £1 each evening, and further details can be obtained from the leaders of each group by calling in at the Church.
